I absolutely agree with the great reviews. Nick came to my house to connect my new water heater. He was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. Even tested everything and asked if I had any questions before he left. He left the area very clean. I couldn’t even tell he was there except that everything worked perfectly! Douglas Hughes Sr., and Douglas Hughes Jr., came to my house right away to give me a free estimate for the work I needed done. They addressed all of my concerns and helped me obtain financing for the job. Douglas Jr., came out to help me with the loan approval process which went through quickly. He was great about explaining everything. He came out the next morning with his crew to show them what needed to be done while addressing the issues I had concerns about. The crew worked fast and did a great job. They stopped to answer my questions as needed and they were very nice and friendly. The job was a tough one, in my opinion, because they had to jack hammer and saw cement slabs to get to the gas line that needed to be replaced. They also changed out an old water main pipe while also making it much more convenient for me to get to in order to use the garden hose. They hauled off the cement chunks that they had to remove and they cleaned up well before leaving. I highly recommend Mach 1 Plumbing. They will be my ‘go to’ and I will recommend them to others.-Annette C.
I’ve been in Vegas for many, many years and I know how hard it is to find ‘HONEST’ contractors to do any kind of work and not rip you off.
Again, I need to give a HUGE shout out to MACH 1 PLUMBING! They truly are the best! Not only is Doug Hughes (owner) a personal friend but he’s an all around good, honest and reliable person. In a previous post, I mentioned an issue with the hot water pipes throughout my house. Because of work/travel schedule, I didn’t want to take the chance of having plumbing issues while I was out of town (and potentially causing massive damage) and made the decision to have MACH 1 Plumbing come out to replace ALL of the Red Uponar (hot water line) pipe in my house. They were able to replace it all in one day! Of course, the drywall/stucco/painting took a little longer. AND, of course came in lower than originally quoted! Long story short, IF you need an honest Plumber, look no further and give MACH 1 Plumbing a call!! – Deb Cousins
