Ok, I just have to say this — Mach 1 Plumbing is the BEST plumbing company in Vegas!! I had a very stressful week, living in the chaos of getting new flooring (while still living here) throughout my house which was finally done on Saturday. On Sunday, I started moving things back into my house from my garage. When I went out into the garage, I discovered my water heater decided I didn't have enough stress, and chose that day to spring a leak and start flooding my garage — potentially ruining all my things!
I frantically called Mach 1 and the owner, Doug. Even though they were moving their entire office that weekend, he VERY calmly talked me through the process of shutting off the water to the heater and where to connect the hose to start draining it!!
Being Sunday, we couldn't get a new one until Monday. A new one was brought and installed — I had hot water by noon!! Trust me, after the week I had, I was at my mental and emotional breaking point! Doug —even though he was in the middle of his own chaos— was not only there for my water heater emergency, but also talked me off the 'ledge' of my emotional breakdown!!
Needless to say, in my opinion, Mach 1 is the BEST plumbing company in Vegas! I will never call anyone else. I highly recommend this company for their expertise, reliability, honesty, and ability to calm down an emotional wreck!!

Water is a precious commodity in the desert, and so is a good, honest plumber. I had Mach 1 Plumbing install a new tankless water heater, water softener and reverse osmosis filter, and we've never been happier. Great customer service; they do what they say, when they say. This is a town full of flakes, but Mach 1 is the one you can count on. Fair pricing and it does not change as the project goes on, like so many others. Greatly appreciate these guys. Quality installation and extremely knowledgeable.
They are awesome. Came right out to help investigate why my water bill was so high. We found not only the suspected water main leak (which is typical for our part of town), but also found 3 other leaks in my landscaping systems. They fixed them all and now I am back to a normal water bill and not wasting precious water in the desert.
After digging up and repairing my water main, they put everything back to normal. It looked they hadn't even been there. My front yard was immaculate!!!
I received referral to Mach 1 Plumbing from Moen Customer Service as an authorized service provider for their products. I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on an older faucet and to receive a quote and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing - all things done well. Great experience - highly recommend to anyone who needs quality service from trustworthy and pleasant people who stand by their work.

Doug and his team are top notch!!! We use them for all of our clients.
